'Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

'I’m giving this hotel three stars because It’s located in the middle of town walkable to everything, now with that being said if you’re at a conference attention is on you, if you’re staying there attention on you, not so much, as we were told that there is limited food for breakfast, do to 1 of the conferences there using most of it.
