Cozy 40-square-meter apartment for 4 people, located on the 1st floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator and with STAIRS to access it.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Barletta, just a short walk from the Swabian Castle and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore. The area is characterized by a historic and lively atmosphere, with narrow alleys, squares overlooking the sea, and numerous historic buildings.

The apartment consists of a dining area with a kitchenette, one bedroom, and one bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, and various kitchen utensils), table and chairs, double sofa bed, split A/C.

- BEDROOM with a double bed, nightstand, closet, TV, and split A/C.

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split A/C with heat pump, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

- From KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 16 to the “Macchie (Vigna Re)” stop- From there, you can walk to the Bari Palese Station (8-minute walk) and take the train to Barletta Station, which is about a 13-minute walk from the property.



- FROM BARLETTA STATION, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 13 minutes.



- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR, parking is not included. However, you can park on the street for free (white lines) or for a fee (blue lines)—parking is NOT guaranteed.
