'Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall.
The spa was really relaxing and well worth it.
The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely.
The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy.
They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special.
Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.'

'Standard room had view to back of building, so private and quiet. Not possible to adjust heating, so too stuffy at night. No fridge or biscuits in room.
Bathroom had very good shower and lighting.
Sufficient storage and hangers in room, but limited sockets and had to plug in kettle next to tv.
Breakfast was good, but could do with more coffee machines.
Parking reasonably priced and directly behind hotel.
Swimming pool a big bonus, but the bins were full and needed emptying.
I would stay here...
