'From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Staff at check in and the restaraunt was very friend and extremely professional. Shanoy at the restaraunt exceptionally accomodating by dropping off a breakfast menu to our room because we couldnt down liaf the app. Property is clean, well maintained and beautiful. Spectacular views from this hotel that captures an amazing sunset Will definately return.'

'Beautiful property on the West End. We have stayed in Negril many times and this is by far one of the best resorts we have stayed. The location is perfect. The staff is incredible and Paul, the lifeguard, is a dear friend we met a few years ago. The Lodge food is amazing. And the 3 dogs there are sweethearts. Just a great laid back vibe you would expect in Negril.'

'We travelled with 5 in our party for a total of 3 rooms and met our friends there. The property is pristine and the staff are all AMAZING. The food and beverages were all delicious. The staff sets this place a part, very accommodating and friendly! I love the "Welcome Home" because it truly feels like a family at Travellers. The property gives back to the community in big ways and nyou can tell that the staff truly love their jobs and feel valued by management! '

'Staying at Idle awhile cliff is a great stay, however be aware of the very idle vibe. Things are extremely relaxed. Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. This property has so much potential but I am afraid it’s a tad bit neglected because it is the smaller of the 3 properties. The concept of the room is amazing. At night it’s extremely dark in this area and away from most of what’s happening on the west end. Upon arriving we notice a few...

'They try and charge you more when they realize you use Expedia to book (I use Expedia to find them! And places and to save$$) they also charge guests for the yoga classes when they make it seem as though the guests are able to do the classes, yeah for $35 a class! Double what I pay in Boston MA! Also there is no spa! There is no amenities they do not set you up on the beach lots of lies in their advertising:( loved Jamaica though would go again, but not stay there…'
