"Although this place is away from the main tourist area, i feel like it couldn't have been better. There are local restaurants within walking distance. A little local grocery near by. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in even after dark. Everything was VERY clean and in order. Very comfortable. We had a little issue with figuring out the hot water, but when i reached out to the property owner, it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. I would definitely stay at this property again. 5 stars all the way!"

"We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect amount of space for us and we enjoyed the porch as much as we could. The view was great. So many birds in the area. We saw some beautiful parrots. The AC units worked great and we were comfortable sleeping at night. Stove only, no oven!! I enjoy cooking so I made a few meals. The small air fryer came in handy! Overall, great location and space. We would definitely stay again!"

"The place was clean, beds comfy, ac worked great. Only one bath which would have been ok.. but the shower had no hot water and the drain was not sufficient in that shower water got on the floor. There is no private seating area…it’s out on the common area.. and the place was very quiet .. except when it was not with outside partiers coming in at night.. but that’s to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city! . If the bathroom was improved I would stay there again."

All three of us had reactions to it from “I dislike that smell” to headache and nausea that stayed with us for another day after leaving. People with any chemical sensitivity should stay elsewhere.
