THE SPACE

Welcome home to this beautifully designed, classic New England shingle cottage. Sparkling clean and tastefully updated with modern amenities and quality furnishings, the home retains its vintage character, creating a perfect balance of old-world New England charm and contemporary comfort.

The expansive yard slopes down to the private waterfront dock, offering stunning views of the Palmer River. Whether you're kayaking or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, the direct water access makes it an ideal retreat for nature lovers.

Inside, the open layout flows seamlessly, with updated fixtures, appliances and cozy spaces perfect for relaxing or working remotely while taking in the views.

The property offers top amenities like onsite laundry, perfect for extended stays, and is located in a quaint waterfront neighborhood that straddles a variety of restaurants and shopping in both Barrington and nearby Warren and Bristol, making for an enjoyable East Bay experience year-round.

Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Very quiet neighborhood, close to East Bay Bike Path, restaurants in Warren and Bristol, Providence only 20 minutes away, Newport - 35 minutes, Boston - 50 minutes

GUEST ACCESS

Full use of house. Registered guests can use the dock and waterfront. Two car private driveway for free off-street parking, and space at rear of driveway for kayaks/canoes (guest must bring their own). Propane grill and deck furniture.

The rear of the property is shared with the neighbor as needed for access to the dock.

Guests are not permitted to use or board the neighbor's boat or use the neighbors property. Dock safety is very important, so no jumping or diving (the water is too shallow) and children must be accompanied on the dock by an adult and must wear life jackets (provided for free in the deck box for adults and children). State law requires the use of life jackets when kayaking, paddling, or using other water devices. Life jackets are provided for free in the deck box.

Please note:

- No noise after 9pm.
- No animals allowed. ADA qualifying Service Animals welcome. Violators will be removed without refund and charged a fee of $250.
- Children ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests, but we do require that you let us know how many kids will be with your group so we can account for them
