If you don't plan on going into Portrush center city to eat, make a reservation at the White Pheasant restaurant inside the hotel, otherwise there isn't anywhere to eat near by. 'The accommodation is well finished and the staff pleasant. We had booked a room with a sofa bed which had not been made up so we were moved to a family room which had two beds but very little room around them. We had to leave a day early as my mother was admitted to hospital but the hotel would not approve a partial refund. The breakfast was fine. I think this hotel is lovely but not really ideal for families. '

'We arrived early as we were going to the golf at Portrush. Alexandra checked us in and she was fantastic , helpful and welcoming . She couldn’t haven’t been more accommodating . When we returned that night, even though the restaurant was extremely busy , she went out of her way to welcome us back and show us to our room . We had great service in the restaurant and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone A great stay ! '
