Great home away from home!
This rental was great! There was plenty of space with three stories. The pictures are accurate. I am a bit picky about cleanliness but have no complaints - very clean! Communication was extremely prompt when needed. I'd definitely look to stay with Vacasa again!

House was not cleaned and Vacasa management customer service was nonresponsive
We arrived to the home at 5 PM… One hour past check in… To find it had not been cleaned. We reached out to Vacasa management. We went back-and-forth with them through the messaging service and were told they would be unable to clean it that day. Unfortunately for us we were in a town That was booked up. We finally found two hotel rooms the next day the home was cleaned in the afternoon. We were told by a housekeeping supervisor that we would be contacted about being reimbursed for the cleaning fee as well as the hotel. We have been trying to reach out for Two weeks and nobody will get back to us. Also, there were several things in disrepair in the home. One of the toilets was cracked and repaired with duct tape. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. Although the house is marked as air-conditioned, only one of the three upstairs bedrooms has a window unit; the rest just leave you to bake overnight.

A Great 4 Bedroom House near Attitash!
We had a great time staying here last week for a quick Ski vacation. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 teenagers for our 3 night/4 day adventure. The house was clean, spacious, and warm and its location was perfect for those wishing to ski at Attitash (within a 5-minute drive). Checking in and out was easy and in general, we had no issues during out stay. If we came up to this region again, I would happily rebook this house!

Family adventure
We were looking for a property located in a good spot for our family outings. We were close enough to go to all North Conway had to offer. We also traveled to Santa’s Village for the first time. We did have to run inside a few times because of a bear family walking through the property but we felt safe enough on the deck. Seeing the bears was a favorite part of our adventure! At this location there were 3 TV’s and although we didn’t plan on watching much tv we did have one family movie night planned. The living room TV didn’t work due to a missions remote. It just has us planning more cards and making more puzzles (we left the puzzles behind for the next family… so enjoy!). The upstairs bathroom had some concerns but hopefully that is rectified. The pool was too far a walk for our littlest and no cars allowed to park there so we didn’t partake in that. All in all a good stay and we will think of returning again.

Great for skiing at Attitash
Quiet, clean and cozy. Perfect set up for two families. Kids could play downstairs while the adults visited upstairs. Didn’t see/hear the attached condo occupants at all. 5 minutes to Attitash. Had a great trip!!!
