Situated in the residential area of La Drova in Barx this house is ideal for 6+2 guests.
The outside of the house is a true paradise. You can enjoy the private chlorine pool with dimensions of 10 metres long by 5 metres wide and a depth that varies between 1 and 1.40 metres. It is perfect for hot days and if not you can cool off in the outdoor shower for extra comfort. Relax on the terrace and enjoy a barbecue with your companions.

The house is located on an elevated first floor level that can only be accessed by stairs. Inside you will find an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to relax and entertain. Two guests can relax on the double sofa bed in the living room. The dining area is open to the living room and the induction hob is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In addition, there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom also with a double bed. All of them have a fan for the hottest nights. There is also a full bathroom with shower and a toilet. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Barx is a picturesque village situated in the region of La Safor, Valencia, just 13km from the famous Gandía beach. Surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery of the Sierra de Corbera, it is the ideal destination for those seeking tranquillity, nature and an authentic atmosphere. It is located at an altitude of 373m, providing spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area. Gastronomy is another of the area's attractions, offering typical Valencian dishes such as paella, baked rice and fideuà made with fresh, local ingredients.
