During the golden era of Italian music, the Garden Bar Gelateria had the privilege of hosting famous figures such as Adriano Celentano and Mina, two icons who defined an entire epoch. It is said that these legendary artists enjoyed spending time in Barzio, finding the Garden an ideal spot to relax and enjoy convivial moments. Their presence turned the venue into a symbol of the Italian "dolce vita," further attracting tourists and lovers of good company.
Although the venue is now closed, its owners, Esmeralda and Leonardo, who experienced its heyday in the 1970s, have converted 3 of the 5 apartments above it into short-term rentals.
