The Space:

Soft winter light glints off the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, and the hush of snow‑covered peaks settles around you. Inside, the spacious living area invites you to unwind beside a 50‑inch HDTV after a day on nearby trails. The crisp mountain air drifts through floor‑to‑ceiling windows, framing sweeping river views that make every morning feel like a quiet retreat. Evenings bring a calm place to relax, with the gentle sound of the river and the glow of the fireplace completing the cozy atmosphere.



Sleeping Arrangements

- Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests with a total of seven beds.

- Each room includes fresh bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets for comfort and privacy.

- Five full baths provide essentials and space for everyone to refresh after outdoor adventures.



Kitchen & Dining

- A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, General Electric double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

- A dining table nearby offers a shared space for meals and conversation.

- All kitchen essentials are provided, allowing you to prepare home‑cooked dishes with ease.



Indoor Comfort

- Central heating keeps the home warm during snowy days, while central air conditioning and a split‑type ductless system offer flexibility.

- A 50‑inch HDTV and sound system provide entertainment for quiet evenings.

- High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace with a door let you stay connected or catch up on work.

- Washer, dryer, hangers, iron, and bathroom basics are supplied for a hassle‑free stay.

Parking & Arrival

- Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available.

- Self‑check‑in through a smart lock makes arrival simple and flexible.

- Long‑term stays are welcome for guests who wish to settle in and enjoy an extended mountain retreat.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
