Hotel La Corniche = super ervaring, uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, niks was hen te veel.
Prachtig gelegen met uitzicht op een authentiek haventje, vlakbij super mooie mini strandjes aan de ene kant (zalig om s' morgens een duik in te nemen) en aan de andere kant een mooie wandelboulevard met breed zandstrand en gezellige hippe restaurants.

'Leuk ingericht hotel - alles in een maritiem thema - dat ook goed gelegen is in Toulon. De gps had wel moeite om ons tot voor de deur te brengen, maar parkeren moet je toch wat verderop gaan doen. The bottom and worst experience was the nearby beach bar/restaurant so don’t go there, stay here and enjoy all meals at bar Noe if you stay short is my recommendation! Lovely staff and friendly service from the reception. '

The hotel has NO AIRCO. They chose not to tell the customers, because they would stay away ofcourse. But they do charge you the full price of a proper hotelroom.
That the hotel needs maintenance is clear. It is old fashioned and outdated, so I do wonder what other surprises will show up.
But since the temperature in the room is hot, the only ventilation you will find is an open window. Unfortunately I didn't think about the huge amount of mosquitoes, the noise was to be expected. So it's a choice between not sleeping due to overheating or due to the sounds of mosquitoes and the itching result of being their target.
All for a 100% price, with no reductions, to stay at what more feels like a camping than a hotel.
Tip: You have a lot of better opportunities in the area."
