'Roberta en Armando geven je een zeer warm welkom, en maken je verblijf tot een feestje met allemaal lieve attenties.
Het huis is zeer schoon en als nieuw, en de kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien, met een perfect homemade ontbijt.
Aan alles is gedacht , zelfs vervoer naar de luchthaven.
5 minuten lopen van centrum met vele restaurantjes , en 15 minuten naar het strand.
Nog nooit zulke betrokken en warme mensen ontmoet!

'The site was very nice. I think the entry pad needs to be a little easier to get into the location. It was a bit further from the airport than expected. The taxi runs about $35 Euro each way. My phone dropped out in a taxi they got me and they went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. They also went above and beyond to help give me ideas for sites to see in Rome. '

'good experience but no elevator i needed to check in and check in was not at ground level but there was a movable chair up stairs to check in but not to where breakfast was served in the morning. Tthe people fortunately had a room on the floor where check in was. Placws not near restaurants. Not for handicapped people. The place was clean and bed comfortable.'

'I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was extremely clean, in walking distance from lots of waterfront restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to flyvout of rome and spend a day or 2 in a quite, safe, and well-maintained place near the water. Staying at this guest house was one of the highlights of our trip.
