'The bed is really good, the room spacy and clean and the location convenient. However a couple of downsides: -communication was not good. I have called a day before for checkin instructions. They would be send the next morning. I did not receive them and had to ask again. - The window does not keep any noise out, so you wake up when the locals start shouting outside from 7am. - It says “parking available”, this is simply not true. The guesthouse is in a pedestrian zone and free parking is...

'Ambiente confortevole e spazioso. Attenzione e cura nei dettagli negli arredi e nelle finiture. Esperienza decisamente superiore a un b&b. Posizione strategica molto silenziosa ma vicinissima alle vie del centro. '

'Hotel hasn’t seen investment for too long. There are new lifts and scaffolding to do the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work to get things up to date. The environment around the hotel feels somewhat unsafe. It’s a bit of a mess, just like most of Viterbo. But the towels were good, employees were friendly and the breakfast was okay. And it was cheap.'

'Super vriendelijk personeel, eenvoudig ontbijt, maar wel van goede kwaliteit, kamer voor 3 personen aan de krappe kant, maar wel schoon en met goede bedden. De "terme" voorzieningen zijn prima. Lekker avond eten en uitstekende wijn, wel een beetje prijzig (E 5.00 per glas) Hotel locatie is niet super, op een industrie terrein aan de buitenkant van de stad.'
