The space
Upgraded home in a gated community on the lakefront. Newer kitchen, dining area and bar. Large lawn leads directly to the lake, steps behind our home. Primary bedroom with en suite bath includes a large deck overlooking the lake. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs with a shared full bath. One bathroom is also located downstairs.
Guest access
Lake front gated property with boat parking in lake channel. Pool and heated spa available year round. Also boasts an expansive lawn leading to the lake, which is very rare in Bass Lake. Trailer parking available as well.
Other things to note
Amazing views, water front access, beautiful pool and spa. Spa is heated year round, pool is not We have a ring door bell and security cameras on the outside the home. During the winter and into the spring PG&E lowers the lake level to make room for the snow melt. The lake can be as close as 15 yards to the back yard and out to more than 1/4 mile during the winter. The weather in the mountains can be very unpredictable so always prepare for possible rain and snow.
