All staff was great and accommodating but the beds were so stiff! I could not sleep! If they would just change the mattress it would have been an excellent stay!

The staff has gone above and beyond for my comfort. They are great. If you want friendly staff, a clean room, and good breakfast then this is your place. Would come back.

I was afraid there would be no Uber but there was. They provided a full breakfast buffet each morning that provided healthy options as well as sweets and treats. The best part though was the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Such a helpful team of people!

Continental breakfast was very nice. Staff pleasant and friendly. Room was clean no frig in rooms. BEDS were aweful and uncomfortable which is going to be huge reason we would not stay again! You charge a huge price for room but are broken down.

The experience was a good one as I have been to this property before. As I understand it, they are updating some things in the rooms and microwave and fridge are not available at this time. I will have to check before I book again to make sure those things are available in the future.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I wish there had been a refrigerator in the room, but we enjoyed the stay.

Good employees, neglectful owners.
Staff was great. They all had good attitudes and work ethic. However, you can tell that the owners are neglecting to update fatigued items, like rusted toilets. Also, the lighting in the rooms is very dim and not nearly enough. Needs more lighting.

Disappointed
Well the room was a King Suite for $239.00 and it was dissatisfied for me since it’s owned by Hilton. The mattress was hard as a rock and cheap and you could feel the springs inside it and it had no box springs. Then the bathroom ceiling above shower was dripping and paint peeling off and under sink was a leak and the wood table had been already ruined from previous leaking of water. It was loud in halls for 3 hours and kid’s jumping around upstairs till after midnight. I called desk and the clerk stated, maybe they’ll put the kids to bed soon. Then someone started beating on the wall upstairs and just not a quiet comfortable hotel especially for what we paid.

New Lobby, dated rooms
The lobby area of the hotel is clean and very inviting. The clerk at the desk was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. They always have coffee in the lobby and I did see some cookies, although I did not get to try them. The rooms are a little dated. The shower doors were off the track and the towel bar/ handle fell off when I tried to move them. The towel hook on the back of the door fell off too. The bed was comfortable though and the A/C worked great.

Check in was easy, room was clean and as expected. Wifi did not work once during the 4 days I was there, in spite of talking to front desk numerous times. They tried a simple reset each time and then just said, 'nope, guess it's not working'. I would have expected them to have someone take care of it. I will not be using this hotel for business travel again, as wifi is essential.

Generally a decent place to stay. It’s centrally located; there’s a gas station and other stores in close proximity to the Inn. I just didn’t like the fact that I didn’t get any housekeeping.

We left something at the hotel (one AirPod). We called the hotel who looked for it, found it and volunteered to mail it to us. That’s great service! The hotel had a few volleyball teams and a bunch of firefighters there and everything still went smoothly.

Good and Not So Good
Good: The check-in folks were very helpful. Not so good: We had no glasses, plastic or otherwise. When we asked for some they said all they had were styrofoam coffee cups. The bottom bed sheet was put on incorrectly and kept popping off. We had to take everything off and remake the bed properly.
