'This is my 4th stay at Montigo. I think the property has aged a lot since my last stay. I will likely not return anymore. First, the property is poorly maintained. We stayed at the 5 bedroom villa. One of the rooms smell of mold and mildew. One corner of the bedroom has black spots on the ceiling that looks like mold but we can’t verify or confirm if it is. Broken tiles in the pool that makes it unsafe for young kids. The villa is also not cleaned properly. Floor is dusty with dirt spots....

'The room was dirty and neglected, chair on veranda broke when I sat in it, doors did not close properly so mosquito and large red ants came in at night, bathroom had electricity plug next to shower so not safe to use, kitchen did not have utensils to cook a meal. Check in was 3 not 2 as on confirmation. Receptionists were dismissive and unhelpful, breakfast was of poor quality and lacking in choice, fresh coffee had to be paid for at breakfast it was not included as told at check in. The hot...
