Bad experience with hotels.com
The hotel is under renovation so we could not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation.

Bad communication
This hotel already closed n was not informed about the closure. Was so shocked about the shutdown however they replaced to a nearby hotel GGI. It was a bad experience..we had to walk about almost a kilometer with our luggage to GGI hotel. We booked a queen size bed but ended with twin bed. Theres no fridge in the room, when asked one of the housekeeping,he was smilling and unsure whereabout and quickly moved away. Pillowcase were missing n towel need to be request. Room wall full with pencil scribble.

As i was a solo traveller, i was satisfied with the hotel as an accomodation for myself. Affordable rate, staff were super friendly and easily accessible from the ferry terminal as well as a good seafood restaurant and lots of convenience store.

A really bad stay.
The room seems run down. Cabinets and drawers are peeling off. Carpet was really dusty. And the toilet door was so worked up by water it can’t close at all. Have to pay extra to borrow a kettle. No cups or tea or coffee. Just 2 bottles of water provided. Aircon is way out of normal, some parts are dangling and it makes a lot of weird noises throughout the day. Bad experience.

Hotel was close to the ferry terminal so we didn't have to rush. Mall in front of our hotel was quite boring. We initially wanted to request for late checkout, however was told that late checkout is only until 12:30 (usually what we hear is 1pm) so just decided to check out at the normal timing. Staff was friendly, just found the room and hallway lights to be quite dim. Didn't head down for breakfast so I can't comment on that. FYI, no fridge/safe in our room (Superior) and the soap you get is 2-in-1 soap so bring your own shampoo if need be. Good hotel for the price you are paying for.

Everything extra charges.
No complimentary tea making facilty, no extra pillow, no iron n board, no hot water flask. All need to be charged. Wil not book this hotel unless no other available hotel. Not family friendly.

What Expedia showed on its website was totally not what I got in return. I will be writing a blog on social media on how Expedia is ripping off its customers. The room I got was totally in a mess. Dirty flooring, walls chipped off and falling apart, aircon not working, in room telephone not working. Dirty water and no in room fridge. Expedia needs to take these comments seriously and should give me a full refund with alternatives for allowing booing of such a hotel room.

Its was the worst hotel that i have ever stay ! the toilet wasn't clean ! the bed was the worst ! there is bed bug everywhere ! i have been bite by those bed bug the whole night ! the chair and everything is so bad too ! like seriously if i didn't have to rush for ferry in the morning at 6am i would have went down to complain . the room i stay was 623. please do something about it !

바퀴벌레 다수 등장 , 가구 곳곳에 이미 굳어 버린 끈끈한 먼지 , wi-fi 안되는 방 수두룩 제대로 되는 방 찾느라 무지 헤맸으며, 화장실 bath tub 물 안빠짐 , 서비스랍시고 화장실에 배치한 치약 이미 다 말라 비틀어 졌고 , 배게에선 썩은 냄새... 그러고 보니 참 early check-in 하려 했더니 ( 빈 방 있다는 것 이미 알고 있는데도 ) 방 없다면서 qkddmf upograde 해야된다며 hotels.com 을 통해 이미 지불한 방값보다 더 많은 액수 요구 , 어쩔 수 없이 줬음

General overview
My colleague and I was checking this out so to see if we can put in up for long stay but the stay was not so fantastic. The rooms are not so bad but the bed sheets were a little dirty. The general condition of the hotel was also looking old and dirty along the corridor. Breakfast was very simple with some breads, fruits, and a main fried rice that was very cold.
