'We enjoyed our stay at Rays Place overall. The inside looks to have been recently updated and it was nice and clean throughout. However, much of the kitchen pans and cooking ware were old and not usable. 'We came to spend time with our grandkids. This house was a great setup because the kids loved the game room area. There were plenty of beds for each child to have their own bed. It was a good location to get to the zoo and other places. The host always responded quickly anytime I wrote him. The fire station nearby didn't really bother us even though you could hear them.'

'Property was great. We were in town for the weekend to watch my son in football camp at the college. Easy check-in and out, great communication with the host, and had plenty of room. House was perfect for us. Close to campus to where we could get back between scrimmage games to relax and use the WiFi to do work as well. Definitely would rent again when in the area'

'Check in was simple, they texted me the code, which was the same as the last 4 digits of my cell phone making it easy to remember. The house was well stocked with bedding and towels and the neighborhood was quiet. The check out requests were simple and easy to accomplish. The only drawback was that there were mirrors in just the bathroom and one bedroom.'

'Host was very responsive and accomodating and place worked great for our needs. Would think summer options with pool and volleyball would make this a wonderful stay. Great location with peacefulness and space but close to convenience. It is the owners house, so it is more lived in than other rentals I have stayed at but that also led to a very well stocked kitchen.
