The Rock Cottage is conveniently located less than a minute away from Lyon College and less than three minutes from the hospital. Within a 2-mile radius of the home, you can visit everything Batesville has to offer.

**Please note that while this home has its own private parking, entrance, kitchen, living, bed, and bathroom, it is attached to an upstairs apartment which has its own separate entrance and living quarters. You can have all the privacy you desire, but you may hear other guests upstairs walking and moving around.
