This is a very modern and exceptionally clean studio apartment. My host was very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the private and safe environment provided by the host. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay while visiting Batesville Indiana.

Very nice!
Great location. Not far from shopping and restaurants in town, but secluded in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Although we didn't need our host for anything during our stay, he was easily accessible if we would have needed anything. Very friendly and helpful about the local area as well. Would definitely recommend this rental for anyone needing accommodations in the area!

This is a beautiful, quiet small community. The studio apartment is beautifully furnished with everything a couple needs! My wife and I enjoyed having our coffee outside on the veranda every morning! So peaceful!! We will be back. Mike and Pat Nashville, Tn.

I really loved staying in this house! The house was very clean and had everything I needed. I love the interior of the house and there was a cute porch with a table that I sometimes had dinner. The area was quiet and very private. Hosts were very welcoming and kind.

A Wonderful Experience
This is a meticulous property located in a serene, secluded setting. Boasts beautiful tree and woodland views. Lots of windows fill the space with natural sunlight. Well appointed second floor unit. The best Batesville offers in a rental. All services, including location, cleanliness, and communication with Hosts (Brent and Susan) exceeded my expectations! Brent and Susan are wonderful and treat their guests like old friends. Simply wonderful people and a beautiful property. I highly recommend this property! Thank you Brent and Susan!

A wonderful studio apartments in Fantastic Batesville, Indiana! Property manager escorted us to the spotless apartment and could not have been nicer! Lovely neighborhood! Highly recommend!

great place
This rental was very nice, the owners are on site and show you around. there is a train that comes by at random times but it is quick and not very loud. Only suggestion is to bring your own pillow the pillows on the bed are thin and there are only 2 no extras. we had to use the ones from the couch.

We are disappointed that your experience wasn’t excellent as the hundreds of night stays our hundreds of repeat and first time guests have experienced. We hope you noticed that other than the 4 to 5 weekly spur line weekly trains are always less than 3-minutes, there is no noise pollution. The Studio Apartment and our home are situated in a prestigious and secluded neighborhood where there is no highway noise, air traffic noise, nor industrial noise. Additionally, there are no city lights so we have great views of the night skies. We keep the spare blankets and extra pillows in the black credenza. I usually point that out to new guests, whereas my wife showed you the Studio Apartment and I’m sure she just overlooked that. We pledge to show each guest the location of the spare blankets and pillows. We vigorously protect the privacy of our guests, but we do remain within easy voice and text range. We often interact with guests concerning local activities, attractions, and restaurants. We regret that your experience wasn’t excellent. We remain available for interactions and hope you do return. We will certainly present the welcome mat for you. Please give the Studio Apartment another try. We are constantly adding improvements and just this week, my wife replaced and added new place mats, and matching kitchen linens. We also just added an iron and ironing board. Please give the Studio Apartment another try. We will certainly welcome you.

If available, this place is the only place I am ever staying when in the Batesville area. Clean, comfortable, and quiet beyond expectations. It's nice to stay in a place that feels like a home when away from home.

The owners were very easy to get ahold of before and during our stay. The place is absolutely quaint and was perfect for what we needed. We stayed for a wedding, and they made sure to leave the light on our apartment for nights that we returned late. For a couple, this place is perfect. Our first night, there was a thunderstorm with lightning and tornado watch, and Brent reached out to make sure we were okay and offered us their basement if it was too much for us. We were luckily okay, but it is those thoughtful extensions that made us very happy. Everything was super clean and neat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location and place.

Grace and her husband were in town for a wedding. They were excellent guests and I hope they choose stay with us again. They were quiet, respectful, clean, and were very cordial. I highly recommend them to other VRBO hosts.

Stayed one night. Great place in very nice area. Only complaint was train directly behind building. Train came through during night woke my husband and me. Owner were great hosts. We asked them to recommend place for dinner. Izzy’s was perfect for both our appetites plus the price was right!
