'The place was great but we just happened to go during a historical heat wave and there was no AC ! The staff were super helpful and gave us a Dyson fan but the heat was unbearable at times . The place is nice and very close to all attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable . We would have eaten there but instead looked for dining places that had AC so we could cool off !'

'Prachtig gelegen hotel, met mooie, zeer ruime kamer en luxe badkamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Enig minpuntje was de onervarenheid van de bediening; er miste altijd wel iets aan het ontbijt. Maar zou hier zeker nog een keer naar terug willen gaan en zou het zeer aanbevelen!'

'We just loved this place. This hotel is within walking distance from the train station. They do offer complimentary luggage pickup, but it was not available when we arrived because we requested it too late. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a vintage radio, and vintage record player and standing tub. They offer complimentary cookies, drinks and ice cream. The staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant. We had a great time.'

'A very beautiful and unique hotel in a spectacular area just away from the tourist drag of Bath city center. The hotel has alot of character and period decor. Its an old hotel, so the heating was nit on, understandibly so as it was May. The plumbing is also not updated, so there is a hot tap and a cold tap at the sink. The facilities are adequate for a shorter stay. The hotel is being upgraded, so there was alot of noise above us for our 2 night stay. The staff are friendly and helpful.'

'The room was small and Very warm, 30 degrees maybe even warmer. I guess they could not switch off the central heating We opened the window and there was a lot of noice from machinery and the pub next door. There was a fan, but for £ 300 one would expect a better atmosphere. And £ 4,00 extra for a full UK breakfast, not customer friendly. The staff was friendly though '
