'Mooi hotel met ontzettend leuke kamer. Ligging is perfect en het ontbijt is erg goed en uitgebreid. Wat een stuk minder is is de service, de receptie is rommelig. Wij bleven 3 nachten de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en was er geen koffie, thee en fris bijgevuld, Schone handdoeken waren op het (onopgemaakte )bed gegooid. De laatste ochtend belde we met de receptie of we iets langer in de kamer konden blijven ( minder dan een uur…) en dat was geen probleem maar 10 minuten ná check-out...

'Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room. But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. It was also nice to have tickets to everything included and guided tours of both locations. Bath Abbey had a choir singing the week we went (mid April).
