Mignon House comprises of 6 tastefully decorated bedrooms, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 ensuite bathrooms and a third family bathroom.

Spread over four floors the house dates back to 1740 and boasts many original features giving a real feel for life in the Georgian City.

The Roman Baths, Pump Rooms, Abbey, Thermae Spa, excellent restaurants and eclectic shops are all within a 5 minutes walk. The train station is only a 5-minute walk.

Mignon House is the most centrally located holiday home in Bath, yet tucked away in a tranquil square - Abbey Green. Bath is a compact city so everywhere is just a short stroll.

SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION: 6 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms

All the beds have pocket-sprung mattresses and are made with crisp super-soft Egyptian cotton bed linen for a great night's sleep.

To maximize the flexibility of sleeping arrangements, single beds can be joined into super-king and comfortable futon beds can be provided.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds & a futon -sleeps 3

3rd Bedroom: 1 single bed sleeps 1

4th Bedroom: Daybed and a single bed - sleeps 2

6th Bedroom: 3 Single beds and a futon - sleeps 4

- all single beds can form a super-king bed. The futons are very comfortable

The spacious historic Living Room provides a delightful space for entertaining or a peaceful refuge and boasts a large library (many books on Bath), 40" smart TV. From the living room, you overlook the famous Plane Tree.

Next to the living room is the light Kitchen with a large dining table and an additional table and chairs 16 guests can dine.

In 2022, the Abbey Green was used for the filming of Bridgerton
