With views over the gardens and land to the front is a living room with velvet green sofa (bed) and smart TV. Along the corridor is a bathroom with rainfall and hand held riser shower over Bath.

The stunning bedroom has plenty of storage for clothes.

Private, underground, off-street parking is available free of charge on site, with EV charging point (there is a small charge for the use of this).

Guests have access to the entire flat, gardens and underground parking space.



The Neighborhood:

Bloomfield Park is a leafy residential area of the city. The property is located in an elevated position and is opposite some elegant town houses. Bear flat is nearby with an excellent selection of shops and cafes. There is a very good, daily bus service to the city centre (a five min journey).



Other Things to Note:

Sorry no dogs are allowed to stay.

We ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 9pm.
