We arrived after 11PM, and found the check-in desk completely closed; a metal pull-down gate sealed the counter. We had to use the phone in the entry (which is between two sets of glass doors) to call for a front desk attendant. The phone should be on the desk with sign that instructs what to do when there is no one at the check-in desk. The room was missing the t.v. remote control. There were no hand towels, and there wasn't a tissue box. The fridge was beaten up & dented. We were also informed that that there was no complementary breakfast, as it was advertised in the room's listing, on Expedia. Although the room was mostly clean, and the staff was friendly, the lack of the above mentioned accommodations made it a somewhat disappointing stay.
My experience with Extended Stay Suites in other cities was much better than this one. Therfore, I do not recommend this hotel.
