Grote Executive 3 slaapkamers prachtige entertainment thuis in Baton Rouge

Ik heb zojuist dit prachtige huis toegevoegd aan mijn huurwoningen die te huur zijn, dus ik heb nog geen beoordelingen, maar je bent meer dan welkom om mijn andere beoordelingen te bekijken om te zien hoe ik al mijn eigendommen host. Dit indrukwekkende entertainershuis is de perfecte pasvorm voor het hele gezin. Dit huis biedt voldoende ruimte en comfort om indruk te maken op de meest veeleisende smaak. Biedt een fantastische locatie en een veilige buurt, handig om te winkelen en op 5 minuten van de snelweg 12. Ligt op slechts ongeveer 20 minuten van het centrum van Baton Rouge en 25 minuten van de LSU-campus met gemakkelijke toegang tot enkele van de meer gewilde belangrijke bestemmingen. De hoofdslaapkamer is enorm en bestaat uit de hele tweede verdieping met een badkamer die is alsof je naar een spa gaat. De master kast is de grootte van een gewone slaapkamer ... De 2 slaapkamers beneden delen een groot bad. Nog een half bad uit de den is handig voor uw gast in de grote woonkamer. Het kantoor is opgezet om zaken te doen als u wat werk moet doen terwijl u niet thuis bent. De eetkamer biedt ook plaats aan 8 personen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft om een fantastische maaltijd voor uw bemanning te bereiden. Met twee koelkasten en een ingebouwde ijsmaker biedt de keuken een geweldig platform voor het hosten van uw bemanning van gasten. De oprit is groot genoeg om ongeveer 8 auto's te parkeren. We zijn ook huisdiervriendelijk met een zeer grote omheinde achtertuin om uw harige vriend de omgeving te laten verkennen. Het Witte Huis slaapt 6 comfortabel met de master king size bed, en de 2 slaapkamers beneden met elk een full-size bed.

My family (myself, husband and 3 boys 6-16) stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament. Location was central to most everywhere they played and the overall space was good for us to spread out. Neighborhood felt safe. House is definitely outdated and needs some TLC which I think is accurate based on the pictures, but it was dirty. Spiderwebs/spiders everywhere, ants in the guest bath, hairs, carpet was very stained in bedrooms, etc. We had an issue with the AC going out one day upstairs in the master, and the ADT security system fire alarm went off at 4:30 am one morning. Both not the owners fault and he was extremely responsive, but both issues we had to deal with. Also would not bring small dog as there are big holes in the fence that lead out to a busy road. Lastly, apparently this is only able to be booked for 5 nights minimum. It’s not stated in the listing anywhere, and we didn’t get our baseball schedule until the week before we came and didn’t end up needing that additional 5th night. Owner ultimately refunded us after initially telling me no, but I would not book if you think you might end up staying less than 5 nights. Just thought that might be helpful to someone to know in a review since it is not in the listing.

Poor, poor cleanliness

This house has a lot of potential. It has a lot of space both inside and out, however, it was very dirty and not maintained very well. There were cob webs and dust all over, bathrooms were not cleaned well, there was a large hair ball left in the drain of one of the showers and stains on all of the bath mats and most of the carpets and rugs. We also found a lot of lights didn't work through out the house. The kitchen wasn't very clean. The back patio was dusty and covered in cob webs. The ice maker in the kitchen stopped working on our first day and the AC in the upstairs bedroom stopped working as well, although it did start working after we turned it off and let is sit for 2 days. Overall, for the price we paid, we were very disappointed with the conditions of the house. The home owner / host really needs to invest in a very deep clean of the entire property, replace old stained carpet and make sure everything is running properly.

LSU Football Weekend

Unique home that served as a great launching point for a weekend get together around an LSU FB game weekend. Home is in a nice location with a grocery store not even 1 block away. Easy access to university and highways. Beds were comfortable. Loved the quirky dual staircases. Had the biggest master bedroom suite I’ve seen.

Grand Spacious Home in Convenient Location

This is not your average rental property. The space is palatial. You will feel like Scarlet O’Hara descending the grand staircase in the foyer. Most importantly the house has everything you need to be comfortable. We had local friends visit us there. There is plenty of room for a gathering inside and on the patio if desired. All the kitchen basics are at the ready, as are plenty of towels, and comfortable furniture. The check-in/out procedure was simple and direct, not overly fussy. The home is located very close to shopping and fantastic restaurants at every price point. Try the City Cafe right around the corner. We went downtown several times and found the commute to be reasonably easy. As a bonus, our little dog was permitted to come. He loved having plenty of room to frolic. The backyard is fenced but be aware a small dog could escape if he’s the sneaky sort. The owner is 100% hands-on. He answered my queries immediately and politely. In a moment of ridiculous oversight on my part, I left behind a suitcase of essentials. We were nearing home when the owner texted to let me know I left it and then volunteered to mail it to me. I’m profoundly grateful. My only regret is that I couldn’t take the ultilty room and upstairs dressing room home with me. Such nice features.

We completely enjoyed our stay at David's house. Was well furnished and we felt right at home. We had never been to Louisiana and were keen on visiting and exploring. We used the house as our base to explore. We visited several plantations, LSU's campus as well as downtown Baton Rouge. Great location for this home to branch out and explore. David hosted us for almost a month while we waited to close on our house, and also through Hurricane Ida. He was easy to get in touch with, understanding and willing to help when needed. Sweet Jesus

From the moment we entered, we immediately felt at home. Only thing missing was the pool. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The owner's retreat, upstairs, is VERRRRY spacious. Would love to return during the winter months to cozy up to the fireplace. Would I stay here again? DEFINITELY!! Never once did we have to worry about our safety as the neighborhood is quite lovely. Lots of space!

This was a great property for my family, plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom plus an office where we were able to set up the Pack n Play. The location was perfect as we were visiting family who live in the same neighborhood. The property owner was very flexible when our flights were changed by the airline. When we arrived, the internet/cable was not working d/t a bad storm the night before. The owner was very responsive and immediately had it working after making a call to the service provider. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baton Rouge!
