Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. 'Everything was good, apart from the coffee at breakfast. Investing in a good coffee machine with decent coffee beans would be a big improvement (I couldn't drink the coffee). Also provide some small espresso cups which many foreign guests would prefer. Despite this small complaint, I would recommend the Hotel. Nioce people, great location, good value.'

'The Staff , on arrival and especially at breakfast were friendly and welcoming and professional. Room very clean. Breakfast, good selection,the eggs ( poached and fried) cooked to perfection. Just note there are no lifts but I was well aware of this prior to booking. My room was on the fifth floor but it was okay but my stay was short. I would stay at the Invicta Hotal again.'
