'Excellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...

'Clean, quiet room, tea and coffee in the room, TV working. Online Check-in option was very handy. 24hr desk is also handy as we arrived after midnight and had no issues getting our key.

'Great find everything about the hotel is excellent especially the food. Only slight gripe had to pay for breakfast, could be built into room cost. I had a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet and not overlooked, I imagine a front facing room could be noisy because of the A59'

'Een van de betere hotels in whittle le woods,nette en ruime kamer,bed is iets te zacht naar mijn smaak.
Eten is simpel maar goed,en in de ochtend is er een ontbijtbuffet.
Badkamer en douche zijn geweldig.
Kortom,voor deze prijs een prima verblijf.
In de buurt is niet veel te beleven,maar voor zaken/werk is dat prima'
