'This was our first time as at the Alofts and OMG! These were the most economical and eco friendly lofts ever!!! Laura at the Front Desk was a peach! She gave us the “tea” on Alofts from the services to housekeeping to snacks and even healthy snacks! The bar area was AWESOME along with the bartender, named Robert I think. Anyway, Laura was great. She also fixed our breakfast when she was short staffed and my cold brew coffee! This little lady can do everyone else’s job. Didn’t complain and was...

'It had all of the amenities you could want. It was quiet even being 4th of July weekend. The last night was the only bad one...neighbors were quite loud and had their lights shining in through our windows for hours in the early morning. Making the curtains in the room able to keep out more light would be nice!

'Reserved a King, originally put in a room with 2 doubles.. Got moved to a Queen. Hotel really run down. Dirty, stinky, people just loitering outside. Saw an itty bitty bug, believed to be a baby roach on my water bottle. Hopefully nothing hitch hiked its way to my home.

'Good area close to the Blackstone district with plenty of dining options and cute cafés. Clean and modern rooms, simple yet tasty breakfast buffet and free coffee and tea 24/7. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Only downside: Parking is 15 USD per day, even for hotel guests though.'
