'This is a great property! It is close to a lot of restaurants. We even made the hour trip to New Orleans while we were down there! The property was fully stocked with anything you might need from the kitchen to the living room! It is very homey. We were kind of nervous about staying at a property with someone else but we didn’t even notice. Great host!'

'We haven't stayed at a lot of vacation homes over the years because of the extra hassle they can bring. But our experience with this BSL house couldn't have been simpler and smoother. We all loved how spacious and restful the house was, the pool, the park across the street, and the super easy access to the beach area. Every member of our family hopes that we can stay here again in the future.'

'Great place to stay in a great location. Just far enough away from the downtown block that it is quiet and secluded. No traffic on the street and nice porch sitting area. It is a duplex but you would never know you are attached to another unit. Awesome air conditioning also, cold as an ice box. I would recommend an ice maker in the fridge and new shower head in the bathroom. Minor things!'

'Overal stay was Very Good. We rented a house and a condo. Didn’t really like the location of the house, but there were no problems. Condo was very close to beach. Appliances were a little outdated and beds could be upgraded also. Overall it was a Great last minute booking and reasonable price!'

'This house is a vacation heaven. We enjoyed it very much. Morning coffee by the water was so relaxing. We fished, swam in the pool, played games, explored Slidel, went to lake Pontchartrain and swamps. There is so much to do in the area and the house was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much, Rick for sharing your house with us. Loved every minute of it!'
