'We have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best over all experiences we ever had. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Excellent wifi. Breakfast & dinner buffets have a lot of variety & healthy choices. Location is very central to Mobile & Gulf. We felt very much at home!'

Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. 'The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain...
