'We always stay in Diamond when we are visiting Manila. We love the hotel.'

'Rommelige omgeving. Wel service gericht personeel.'

'Only one elevator dedicated to the hotel rooms, the other 3 was for the residences. No refrigerator in the room. No onsite bar or restaurant. The small lobby was crowded every morning due to people waiting for their rides.'

'Gewoon geweldig hele team Goed zwembad '

'The shampoo and shower soap were almost empty and ran out h to e second day, we ask the hotel to send a car to pickup us to the airport but car never showed up. Breakfast buffet is excellent and staff friendly The only provide 2 coffee pods and they don't want to give more (not good)'

'Staff is friendly and I have stayed here before but this visit was disappointing. They booked me in a room near the service elevators with staff making all kinds of noise and there is no hot water. I called for room service for hours but nobody answers the phone. My last day upon check out I inquired at the reataurant why no one answered for room service. 'Great staff, good breakfast, clean room but needs a little renovation.'

'Good'

'Quiet'

'The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders.'

'Schoon + lekker ontbijt'

'Was'
