'The hotel is in a great location. The room is very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the excellent staff. The main Receptionist Nay is a credit to the hotel. He made me feel welcomed and helped with getting to understand the local attractions. Thank you Nay for all your help.'

'The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially. Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees.'

'The most beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the included breakfast was truly top tier, absolutely delicious. The only downside was that I didn’t receive the room I originally booked, and although I was told I’d be upgraded, that didn’t happen. Since I was out most of the day, I didn’t go back to the lobby to sort it out. That said, the bed and pillows alone were worth the stay.....so comfortable! I would definitely return.'
