Mooie Cabin in de bossen bij Bayfield, naast Raspberry Bay

Hauser's Bayfield-hut is hondvriendelijk. Eerste hond mag gratis blijven. Tweede hond of extra persoon ouder dan twee is een extra 28 / dag per hond en per persoon. Minimaal verblijf van 2 nachten voor vrij / zat nachten. De hut bevindt zich in een rustige privéomgeving. We hebben meer dan 80 honeymooners en jubileumparen ontvangen. De cabine biedt plaats aan twee volwassenen op een luxe queensize bed. Als je kinderen hebt, kan je op de bank slapen (niet uittrekken) en de ander op een ligstoel - of je kunt een opblaasmatras gebruiken. 4 volwassenen zouden teveel zijn voor de cabine. Little Sand Bay Beach ligt op slechts twee mijl afstand. Wandel over het strand van Meyers Beach met uitzicht op een kloof, een zeegrot en Lake Superior. U kunt Lake Superior voor de ramen van de cabine zien, behalve eind mei tot eind oktober van elk jaar. Bayfield is een korte 15 minuten rijden en Legendary Waters casino is tien minuten.

Gratis gebruik van Yukon Charlie sneeuwschoenen in de winter! Belangrijkste sneeuwscooter pad naar Lake Superior de overkant van de straat! Voldoende ruimte voor uw sneeuwscooter en aanhangwagen (of boottrailer in de zomer) op de oprit. XC en skiën en in Mt Ashwabay. De verbazende ijsgrotten zijn slechts een paar mijl afstand!

Hondvriendelijk - eerste hond blijft gratis! (Als er een 2e hond - een $ 25 / dag extra tarief van toepassing is - de cabine is niet groot genoeg voor een paar middelgrote honden en up toch) Mooie prive omgeving, met omslag rond terras met uitzicht op berken en dennen in ravijn . Stromende beek in het voorjaar.

Strand Little Sand Bay ligt op slechts een paar mijl afstand - en er is Meyers Beach, het strand in Cornucopia - of de stranden dan op Madeline Island dat u krijgt om via de veerboot en fietsverhuur (best te huur fiets op Bayfield kant.) Veel zeilen, wandelen, fietsen, en artsy plaatsen in het Bayfield gebied. Het nieuwe casino (Legendary Waters) ligt op slechts tien minuten afstand.

De cabine werd gerenoveerd in 2012, en heeft een queen size Serta IComfort matras met afstandsbediening voor drie niveaus van trillingen. U kunt verhogen en verlagen hoofd en de voeten. Inclusief Zero Gravity mode! Er is een dressoir en kast in de slaapkamer samen met een flat screen 'Smart' TV aanbieden van gratis films via Amazon Prime en andere apps. Er is een volledige keuken, granieten werkbladen, knoestige kersen kasten, knoestige dennen plafonds, kwartsiet muren, en houtkachel.

Gratis Wifi en Sirius Satellite Radio en Pandora stations! De muziek speelt door de luidsprekers in de woonkamer van de Grace Digital Radio-eenheid zich in de slaapkamer.

Je ziet meer sterren dan je ooit hebt gezien in de nacht - omdat de cabine is uit de buurt van de stad lichten. Het is terug in berken en dennen voor een gezellige sfeer. Bayfield is slechts een korte 12 minuten rijden - en de nieuwe Legendary Waters Casino ligt op slechts 5 minuten! Ook op slechts een paar minuten afstand ligt Little Sand Bay, waar u kunt gaan kajakken en wandelen.

We had a great time at Rick's cabin. The property is well stocked and maintained. It sits beautifully in the woods and all sorts of activities are only a short drive away. Will definitely book again, if it is available.

Wonderful Cabin in the Woods

This cabin is fantastic, the owner Rick had great communication throughout and the cabin is clean and comes with everything you need. The kitchen is very well supplied with all the utensils to cook delicious meals and the serta mattress is a great touch! The evenings were cool and the wood burning stove kept us plenty warm. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again!

Beautiful place for a getaway!!!

This place was incredible! Everything was clean and just immaculately well kept. The bread maker was a fun treat (and a new experience!). After full days of exploring Bayfield and the surrounding area, it was sooo nice to come back to the coziness and warmth of this beautiful cottage in the woods. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to go to get away from the craziness of every day life and re-discover what truly matters, such as new adventures, immersing yourselves in nature, and quality time with people you love. Thank you, Rick, for your amazing hospitality and for opening up your wonderful home. We will definitely be back!!!

Comfy and cozy

This is a lovely little cabin and the pride of ownership really shows. Everything is high quality and very clean. The location is about 15 min from Bayfield but less than 10 to little sand bay, which was ideal for us to launch our Hobie and do some sailing around the sea caves. While the neighbors are pretty close, the cabin is tucked in the trees so you feel secluded. The hosts have provided everything you could need to plan fun excursions or just lounge around the cabin.

No surprises---looks just like the photos. A darling cabin in the woods, but near a park with beach and only 8 miles to Bayfield and Madeline Island. The cabin was very well equipped too.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Hauser's Bayfield Cabin was an absolute delight to visit. We arrived late on a Sunday night and were immediately able to unwind. The location of the cabin was easy to find and off the beaten path (which we loved). The neighborhood was quiet, and neighborhood traffic was virtually non-existent. The cabin itself had a surprising amount of storage, and we were able to move right in! Rick did a great job supplying details about the local attractions, restaurants, and happenings which broadened our vacation quite a bit! Our dog Stella was thrilled with the cabin as she could see us in any room by lying in the middle of the kitchen. The cabin was in "Superior" condition, and the amenities (especially the bread maker) made us feel at home. Rick is a fantastic host. His communication is friendly and his response time is immediate. We had no issues at the cabin whatsoever, but it was nice to connect with Rick to hear about the cabin's history! Reach out to him to learn more if you stay for a night or a few days. Thank you, Rick! We will be back!

Small but cozy

Very nice place to stay and it was central to the events I was attending. I appreciated the fact I could bring my dogs. My daughter and I felt very comfortable and safe there and I would like to bring my husband back the next time. U would definitely visit this place again.

Perfect cozy cabin for our week-long (mostly) unplugged couples’ vacation Up North.

Off the beaten path on a gravel road in the North woods, the house was fully stocked with unexpected amenities like a full kitchen with granite counter tops and convection oven, adjustable Serta bed, and geothermal HVAC. We appreciated the use of the Weber grill, coffee grinder and fire pit. We brought our kayaks and explored the Lake Superior coast as well as some inland lakes and slough/bogs. Had a blast biking on Madeline Island and around town in Cornucopia (northernmost town in WI). Were amazed by the gorgeous white sand beaches running all along the north west coast of the peninsula from little sand beach (10 min drive from cabin) all the way to Port Wing (where we had the whole beach to ourselves). Biggest surprise was how many waterfalls were nearby. We “found” and hiked to 4 waterfalls and left detailed instructions in the guest book for future visitors. A couple bits of advice: most of Bayfield County has very spotty cellular connections so download your Google and AllTrails maps before you leave the house; check local town and vineyard websites for events like farmers markets and live music; bring bug repellent- the mosquitoes are vicious.

Quiet place for two

A great cabin for two in the woods. Great for anyone that wants to go off the beaten path and get out of town. Enjoy the smells of the great north woods, stars and fire flies. This cabin is within driving distance to lake Superior, beaches, hiking, and orchards. There were plenty of cherries and strawberries to pick this weekend! Drive to Bayfield and enjoy the farmer's market on Saturday mornings and partake in a show at the Big Top in the evening.

Weekend Getaway

Very secluded little place down some scenic backroads. Worked great with the proximity to Bayfield, was a short drive to town. Cabin is really nice, perfect size for just 2 people and a dog. The bugs were pretty thick since its right in the thick of the woods so we didn't spend much time outside. Would definitely stay here next time we make our way back out to the area.

The description on Vrbo was exactly what we found the cottage to be. Interior was completely updated, super well insulated and certified 'green'. The geothermal HVAC was efficient and needed with 88° temperatures plus humidity. Thorough cabin guide and easy communication with the owner. Location perfect for accessing Apostle Islands National Lakeshore Park and the wonderful activities in the Bayfield area. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful, cozy cabin neatly nestled in the woods.

Hauser’s Bayfield Cabin was beautiful, from the Brazilian granite countertops to the quartz tiles on the walls. The overall ambiance was warm and welcoming and the large windows offered a scenic view of the forest and gave the illusion that you were floating in the trees. We came here for our 10th wedding anniversary and were greeted with a thoughtful card and found chocolates on our pillows. We spent the first day on a guided kayaking tour of the sea caves, followed by a hike on the beautifully carved paths of Big Ravine Trails in Bayfield. The second day was spent zipping around Madeline Island on rented mopeds! A must for sure! We finished the evening enjoying the cabin and playing a few of the many board games that were provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would recommend this cabin for a cozy couple’s retreat. The owner was was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We definitely plan on returning. ❤️

Lovely and quiet!

My husband and I stayed at this cabin for three nights to visit the Apostle Islands. The cabin is very nice and the bed was beyond comfortable. It’s deep in the woods and the forest is so peaceful and beautiful and quiet!! Rick was great. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this pristine part of the USA.

Pristine cabin in the woods

This was a simple but well stocked home with comforts that you may not normally see with a Bayfield VRBO. AC and heat each came in handy as we hit highs of ninety one day and lows of forty another. Mostly used screens, though, because circulation was excellent.Comfortable bed, great coffee maker and grinder (a big deal to me), great walking for our dog, and convenient drive to Bayfield and Cornucopia. Great place to read. Only television is in the bedroom and a little small to watch subtitled shows, but we didn’t mind. Rick is a thoughtful host who left a comprehensive guest book explaining everything.

The posting is misleading and I wouldn’t recommend this place. You can’t see the lake and there is no lake access. It smells musty and stale. Lastly there is no way 4 people can sleep in there Bc there is only one full bed. We left early Bc it was disappointing.

Very Restful

Nice location, well appointed kitchen, smoke alarms work. I was cooking meatballs and set it off. Pardon about freaking you out Rick. Bring bug spray!!!! The view out back is outstanding, if you get tempted to go back there, put on bug spray! No surprise that there are bugs in the forest in northern Wisconsin. I'm just saying. Birding is outstanding too. Raptors everywhere!
