'We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable...it was easy to take our dog outside to nearby grassy strips.
We enjoyed the unheated outdoor pool on one very hot day.

'I arrived after the receptionist had left. They had left the key out for kitchen staff to check me in. I waa so relieved I still had a room. Thank you for making my day and your beds are fabulous. I slept so peacefully even with a strong storm through the night. Will 100% be back and plan to tell all my family and friends what a gem the inn is.'

'This is an excellent hotel. The facilities were clean, the rooms were well appointed, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the continental breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will not hesitate to stay there again whenever we’re in the area.'

'We stayed in an apartment at South Shore Suites and had an excellent experience. The place was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great plus during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful detail of having coffee available for the coffee maker. We also enjoyed the gas BBQ, which is very convenient since you don’t have to worry about charcoal.

'Clean , strong air conditioning during a very hot humid day... staff was so helpful.. great parking lot , nice pool area... this is the place to go, if you ever stay in Goderich.. it is worst every penny'

'We stayed for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The pool was dirty, our room was humid, and no breakfast was provided. There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly.
The worst part was the service. It seems like only one person works there – all communication is done by text message. We texted the inn asking for clean towels, and they replied saying they would change the towels every day. But when we left for the day and came back in the...
