'Appartment set up with fridge and ability to prepare your own food. Very good bed, small bathroom but functional. Very good shower. All nice and clean. Located in Wood Wharf near Union Square. Subway within 5min walk. Restaurants and bar nearby. Would definitely recommend'

'We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.'

'The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. 'Brilliant stay for one night in Chelsea. The area is absolutely amazing – tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and your literally minutes from the Tube station which makes getting anywhere in London incredibly convenient. Also really close to some excellent museums if you're into that.
Room was spotless and had a really comfortable bed. The online check in was easy and WhatsApp support worked really well when I needed to ask a couple of questions.

'Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations.
I just wish they had daily room service.
