'Room was adequate & bed was comfortable. The AC vent blew cold air towards bed which was uncomfortable. Awoke with a stiff neck ☹️There is a table with chairs though no couch in room. Bathroom was nice though having more than one towel per person would be nice. Hotel is situated in a quiet location. '

'The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. '

'We were amazed at the size of our room, we had two fireplaces on a little kitchenette along with a very lovely bedroom and a nice bathroom. Location and neighborhood are lovely. A couple things keep it from being perfect. This is our second time staying with them and the hot option on the breakfast hasn't been great either time ( although the coffee is great). The TV did seem to have a mind of its own and stopped working in the middle of our movie, and the fridge in the room didn't work all...

'Great bar service. elevator not working and the electronic blinds in room 423 were broken and not fixed. Had to hold up the blind with clips provided by the maintenance staff.'
