'I have never met a friendlier staff than at the Ritz Dallas. Wow. Amazing job. We loved our stay the beds were wonderful. Recommend the spa and if you go add the oxygen infusion, you won’t regret it. '

'Nice modern hotel. Loved the free drinks during social time 5-6pm. Friendly staff. Nice area with lots of entertainment and restaurants. Rooms are a bit noisy but you get earplugs if needed.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. 'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
