'Absolutely Amazing Stay at Monot Suites! The hotel is Super Modern and impeccably clean, making my stay super comfortable. The staff is very kind and welcoming. And always available to help with anything you need. The indoor pool and gym are so convenient. I enjoyed my Swim and workout under a rainy weather! The service is a 10/10. The location is a walking distance to Beirut Central District, saifi village and ashrafieh. '

'Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room. The water in the shower was yellow and also all water in the bathroom was contaminated/yellowy. We got skin rashes and allergies due to the contamination. The...
