We verhuren NIET aan promgroepen of studenten. We staan ​​GEEN huisdieren toe.

Dit huis kan slapen 14 mensen met stappen om de prachtige stranden Surf City. We hebben dit huis in 2016 gekocht en aanzienlijk gerenoveerd om comfort en plezier voor het hele gezin te bieden. Onze familie gebruikt het huis en maakt het comfortabel om daarmee te leven. We installeerden een gloednieuwe HVAC-unit, verving wat vloerbedekking, moderniseerde de keuken, voegde floodlight toe aan de achtertuin, vernieuwde badkamers en meer. We hebben veel upgrades gemaakt om van dit huis een geweldig strandhuis voor uw gezin te maken. Het huis ligt op een steenworp van het strand, zonder straten over te steken en op loopafstand van vele restaurants, ijs, een arcade, minigolf en nog veel meer! Begin uw familieherinneringen en geniet van alles dat LBI te bieden heeft!

Loop naar het strand, diverse restaurants (Greenhouse Cafe, Woodies Burgers, Pancake House en nog veel meer allemaal binnen een paar korte blokken lopen). Loop naar een arcade, ijs, boutique koffiebar, winkels en nog veel meer!

Great summer getaway!Well kept home - both the front & back decks ( and backyard too) were great assets in extending the usable space of the property! Surf City New Jersey Fall Vacation

My wife and I had an amazing visit to the Jersey Shore and the rental home was a big reason why. The house had everything one would need for a 10 day stay. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the devices we required. The front and back decks looked recently refurbished and featured comfortable furniture and a gas grill. The house was only three or four houses from the beach and was located very close to the bridge back to the mainland which saves a lot of time for excursions off the island. We would certainly consider staying here again on future visits to Long Beach island.

Week at the beach

The location of the house was a very short walk to the lifeguarded beach. Restaurants and attractions were also a short walking distance. The deck spaces were wonderful for relaxing and getting some sun. We enjoyed our stay for the week.

Perfect beach escape!

We had a fantastic family vacation in Andy’s home! The closeness to the beautiful beach was amazing and the house was very well appointed with all we needed to cook and relax. There were tons of toys and games, which our daughter really enjoyed! Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Great Host, House, and Location

We checked in late in the evening, and Andy stayed up to make sure that we arrived OK. Everything was just as represented. We had two daughters and three grandchildren with us and there was more than enough room. There were toys, books, games, and beach chairs. The Surf City Beach at the end of the block must be the widest beach on LBI. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in an easy walk from the house. We had boxes being sent to the house which Andy was kind enough to help us coordinate their deliveries. I had an expensive SUV rental car substituted for the rental I requested, and I was able to daily park it in the garage without any problem. Andy is a hands on host who bends over backwards to make sure that you have a wonderful stay. We plan to return.

We were in for the week before a family wedding. This house was true to how it is described. Walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, coffee shop, bagel shops, small grocery shops & larger grocery shops. Very clean house with great updated kitchen, bathrooms and over all amenities. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Kitchen is well stocked for all kind of cooking and tools.

Short walk to a great beach!

Had a fabulous and relaxing stay at this updated beach house. Beds were very comfortable and the new front and rear decks welcomed you to sit together and enjoy each other during meals and after a day at the beach. We prepared all our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything needed (just could have used a few more wine glasses 😀). Andy was extremely responsive and proactive with communicating. The house is in a great location which made it easily accessible to local produce and seafood markets as well as the grocery store. As walking just a few minutes to the beach was a priority, this house was perfect for us. If we have the opportunity to visit LBI again, Andrews house will be our 1st choice if available.

Easy access to beach

The property was pretty much as listed on VRBO. We all enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of cookware. Access to the beach was easy. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable. We were not disappointed with any aspect of the rental property.
