Schoon appartement met 3 slaapkamers op de bovenste verdieping met woonkeuken, woonkamer en 1 badkamer. Voorzien van alle gemakken van thuis! Maximale bezetting van 6 personen, inclusief 6 strandbadges. Twee slaapkamers met queensize bedden en de derde slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden. Buitenruimte is inclusief dek, picknicktafels, stoelen, Weber-gasgrill, buitendouche en parkeerplaats voor twee auto's. Parkeer uw auto en loop naar alles, waaronder het Oyster House, Terrace Tavern, Melt Down, California Grill, Howard's, Roberto's, Woody's en Wawa! Slechts twee blokken naar het strand! Er is ook een bewaakt strand voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Het water is kalm en niet diep voor de kleintjes. 55 "4K HDTV met kabel en snel draadloos internet.

Deze oceaan, drie slaapkamers is zo schoon, schattig en handig; je zult niet willen vertrekken en kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren! Alles is op loopafstand of een korte fietstocht of autorit verwijderd. Het beste is dat je de boulevard niet hoeft over te steken om bij het strand te komen! Hoewel er een groot bewaakt baai-strand een paar blokken verderop ligt. Het is geweldig voor jonge gezinnen met kleine kinderen, want het water is niet ruw of diep en heeft dagelijks een badmeester. Het is ook een geweldige plek om prachtige zonsondergangen te bekijken!

Cozy, feels like home, but in an amazing location!

This property was beautiful. So clean, well maintained and perfectly "cozy", just like home. Washer and dryer were a huge plus, nice to pack up clean clothing before our trip back home. Rental is in a great location, close to the beach and the bay. Deck/patio has a great view, nice area for teenagers(pickleball, literally across the street)! There was a mixup with the code for checkin, and Luke very quickly responded to rectify the issue.We had the best 4 day stay. Our family really hopes to return this summer and hopefully even next!

Nice beach house/ apartment

Nice, clean 2nd floor of house. Everything matched website photos. Easy access with code & a key if you want it. Nice tv, big DVD, VHS collection! My husband loved the recliner. Only suggestion, fix bathroom door, it’s easy. Would stay there again only might be hot in summer months.

Great Location

We absolutely loved staying at Luke’s place, it was clean and a great location. Great proximity to our favorite places like Howard’s and the beach. Also super close to breakfast spots, Acme, and Wawa. You can’t go wrong with that! Bonus areas were the balcony and downstairs BBQ area. We will definitely be returning!

Like living in a dream

Perfectly positioned home between the bay and the ocean, quick ride to the South end of the island to watch the sun set over the wildlife preserve, supermarket is just down the road, owner of the gift shop a few blocks down tells hilarious stories. Nice full kitchen, top of the line washer/dryer, fantastic media center, comfortable bed. Paradise.

Winter on the Island

Well equipped kitchen, terrific Roku-centric media center, strong wifi signal, awesome new washer & dryer, quick walks to the beach and the bay to see the sunrises and the sunsets, which for some reason are most awesome around the first of the year. Feel very fortunate for the opportunity to stay here.

Excellent island getaway spot

Great location - walked a couple of short blocks to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, a couple of short blocks to the bay to watch the sunset at night. Watched seagulls sailing around from the back deck. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds & bedding, awesome media room/family room with giant TV (w/Netflix and a cool video library!). Absolutely no complaints.

Totally enjoyed our week stay! Beds are comfortable, everything is clean and walk to whatever you need or want. Full size fridge, ice macker, huge flatscreen tv, beach tags and a hot hot shower! Hope to book again.
