LAYOUT: This attached condo is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor, each a corner unit. This 1 bedroom unit (#3) is on the side next to the beach walkway (northeast corner of the building), facing the dunes. All views are from the rooftop deck (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘lower dune deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private lower dune deck. There is a shared staircase to the roof deck and there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so each unit has its own space on the roof deck.
