'Very clean and top service'

'The room rent was value for money. There was no staff at the reception during my entire stay, checking in was pretty tedious. They send a code in the email. No reply to calls or messages. Breakfast was good'

'The rooms were too dusty and the mattress was old. They could at least get mattress covers that actually work without coming off. Good and quiet location. The aor conditioning wasn't working but I got fixed later. We asked for a fak as alternative and for given a dusty one that made me sick. More can be done to ensure they get the best value out of the rooms.'

'The room is clean, and the property is well-maintained. The room pictures matched the actual room. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions. 'My room was clean, and the hotel smelled fresh. The housekeeping staff cleaned my room every day, and it was always spotless. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly as well. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I also liked that there were several laundry rooms available on every third floor. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.'

'My husband and myself love staying at this property however our experience at the Bacchus Room last night was very disappointing. We had a clear view of the kitchen and watched the Chef leaning on the counter watching tv, eating and using his phone. 'Remodelled rooms really nice. Pool is well maintained and a nice amenity for this location.Only complaint was that the fridge freezer needs defrosting. Could add a second barbecue to pool area for peak times.Also stairs to second floor for bad knee senior a bit of a challenge. Other than that we recommend the Sunshine Lodge.'
