What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. 'Deben trabajar el desayuno. La seccion de huevos fritos, revueltos etc no estaba caliente. No habian tostadas ni tostador para el pan. Habia que reclamar el café al servicio, por favor pongan cafe y leche para que el huesped pueda servirse exactamente el cafe como lo quiera sin tener que dar mil explicaciones y recibir cualquier otra cosa. Yogurt griego y avena no hubiesen estado mal tampoco.'

'Prachtige plek en villa met uitzicht, ik was er met slechts 2 andere gasten, heerlijk rustig. Ruime mooie kamer opent direct naar buiten - met meerdere gasten of feesten blijft weinig privacy. Aandacht gaat vooral naar partijen, voor hotelgasten is niet echt extra verblijfruimte ingericht, zwembad schitterend maar dagen lang, na flinke storm, blijft meubilair gewoon chaotisch liggen, asbak niet geleegd etc. Ontbijt vooral zoetigheid. 'La posizione dell'hotel è ottimale per accedere in pochi passi al cuore di Portopalo. In corso i lavori per la ripresa stagionale, si tratta di un hotel a conduzione famigliare e siamo stati trattati con il corrispondente calore. La camera pare oggetto di recente restyling ed è molto pulita e silenziosa. La chicca è il lunghissimo balcone interamente vista mare. Colazione standard.'

'Wij kregen een gratis upgrade naar een ruimere accomodatie (moeder bleek een eigen slaapkamer te willen), waarvoor onze dank! Vriendelijke medewekers en goede service. Tijdens ons verblijf mochten wij genieten van een heerlijk Siciliaans diner. Als dierenliefhebber kon ik genieten van de capriolen die de (jonge) poezen uithaalden die op het landgoed rondliepen. Vooral de aanwezige kinderen vonden de poezen erg leuk. Genoten van de rust, het zwembad en de plekjes waar je je even met een boek...

'This hotel is a 2-3 star property at best, the bed in it was terrible. It was an inner spring mattress that had clearly seen better days, with 'body wells' on each side and a raise in the middle from the use. The air conditioner control had literally no markings on it and had to contact the owner to get a picture sent so that I could get it to work. 'Goede ervaring, je voelt het karakter van de familie in de warme benadering in het degelijke restaurant. Kamer prima in orde. De troef is het grote zwembad. Het hotel ligt wel ver verwijderd van de meer interessante plaatsen zoals Noto of Ragusa.'
