'I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing! 'The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. '

'It’s an average hotel. I don’t know how it got good reviews. First room we checked in the tub was super dirty. Then they changed our room. Then the toilet had poop and we were too tired to change again. The bathroom smelled like pee. Was kinda disgusted. Anyway won’t be coming here again.'

'The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was noticeable filth in the shower and on the floor. We made reservations for a sit down breakfast to arrive and them tell us they switched it to a buffet style breakfast the morning of. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. We received massages during our stay. I think she just rubbed in the oil onto my skin for 50 minutes. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received.'
