'We love to travel as a family and our stay at this current Tru hotel wasn't the worst hotel we've stayed in. 2 bad things: -Our room never ended up getting cleaned for our 6 days here. (I'm not sure if it's because we asked for 5 more minutes one of the mornings because we were gathering stuff for the beach). Either way, oh well. We put our trash and dirty towels in the hallway. And they were taken during the day. -The kids downstairs below our room, and then the next 2 nights above us... whew!...

'The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.'

'I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend.'

'Great staff. There were 3 of us in the room. There was one bar of hand soap. 1 set of towels. There was not a complete set of bedding for the hide a bed.'

'We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.'

'The second floor was undergoing renovation and the guy was working in the hall until 2200 Friday night. And on Saturday morning. Unacceptable. Room 217 was great. Beds were wonderful. Thanks front desk folks.'

'Reese found my wallet at the counter. I left it there during check in. She is.an honest.and beautiful person. My whole vacation $ was.in that wallet, alot of it in cash. She gave it to Jesseca.and they looked.at who had checked in and gave.me a.call in my room. What wonderful people they both are! I had my credit card number stolen a couple of years ago by the front desk manager at the hotel I stayed at. It is refreshing to know that good, honest people still exist in this world!!!'
