Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Right from check-in, the staff have poor service skills that made us feel quite uncomfortable
No bottled water in the room even though I asked twice
The room wardrobe was minuscule in size and most of the fridge took up the space
No drawers hardly any hanging at all
The bathroom had no vanity area that you could put products on the shower had no door so it flooded every time we took a shower
I had to dry the floor with the foot towel which was then filthy from the dirty floor. This was dried outside and put back in the next day
When we went to breakfast I asked for poached egg and was told no when I asked for honey I was told no when I asked for fresh fruit I was told in a raised voice. Wait five minutes. Wait five minutes.
A big day trip party arrived on the island and left all their rubbish all over the beach which my husband and myself collected and handed to reception with no response
When the party left, the rubbish was still all over the beach with bottles and cans floating into the sea
No staff engagement whatsoever
It’s a five star location with two star accommodation. What a waste of a beautiful island.
