Wij waren er in April, buiten de schoolvakantie (US) en buiten het skiseizoen, dan is het wat afgelegen en niet druk bezet. Jammer dat het zwembad en de hot tub niet open was - alleen te reserveren 24u van te voren) maar het appartement voelde als thuis komen. 'We absolutely loved the garden villa! I cannot express how much we enjoyed TuckAway Suites. We pulled in late at night and the property was well lit for us. Access was great and though we had people around us all weekend we didn’t hear a peep. Our one minuscule comment is that the front steps could use one extra step up front the ground as people with mobility issues may struggle getting up that first step to the front door. 'Perfect size place for 2-4 people for a quick getaway. The ceiling in the main area was beautiful, as visualized in the pictures. Also a very convenient location for hiking in the area and for getting into the towns of Conway / North Conway. Two small requests (that did not affect our stay) would be to include a dish drying towel and a couple of hangers for nicer clothes.'

'This home was the perfect house for our North Conway getaway! Hot tub was delightful, our kids enjoyed the movie theatre, pool table and pong table! Fireplace and scenery were divine. We shopped at the outlets 10 minutes down the road, golfed and enjoyed the Saco river. It was a wonderful getaway. Would make an amazing ski vacation spot!!! Highly recommend!!'

"Left with mixed feelings. We were friendly greeted. The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, excellent bed and shower. The scenery of the lobby and backdrop of the mountains is stunning. We decided to have dinner at the hotel. The staff was very friendly but probably understaffed. It took a very long time to get the order in and adter the first course it took about 30 minutes for the second. We didn’t mind too much but there was a guy sitting next to us who waited equally as long just to make his order. We simply didn’t see any staff for 30 minutes at all. The food was average to be honest. I had their signature burger which was very dry and tough to swallow. The fries very salty. Not great, not bad. Dessert was good on the other hand. There was a mixup with the bill (we got it from another table) so had to walk to the counter. Honest mistake and was solved quickly and friendly. Next morning we decided to checkout first and then stay for brunch. There was nobody at the counter and there was a sign to simply drop the keys so we did. We went over to the breakfast/dinner area. We ordered drinks first which again took a long time time to arrive. You could tell she’d forgot because when she returned to take our food order she noticed we hadn’t received our drinks. The food was okay, and not expensive. I received our invoice during breakfast which stated a weird charge so had to go to the counter to sort that out. It was yet another mistake. Staff is friendly yet many mistakes. "
