'Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional.
However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there.
The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting.
All went southways however...

'The grounds are well kept, the outdoor pool was very comfortable. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by all the best restaurants, NH attractions and beautiful mountains. The staff were very accommodating to my minor issues. The rooms have everything you need, I was surprised to find a well stocked kitchen, I could have prepared Thanksgiving dinner in these rooms. definitely recommend a stay here, you wont regret it.'

The continental selection is limited (no cheese or ham) but the hot breakfast was outstanding. 'AMAZING! Me and my boyfriend stayed 3 nights and were skeptical about staying at an inn since were from NY we’ve never stayed in one before but now the bar is set high! The property was quiet and so cute! The room was cozy, clean and the perfect size for the two of us in the morning and at night since we were out for most of the day. They gave us free breakfast which was delicious all home made and everything tasted so fresh! Over all it was amazing so cozy and homey I would love to come back...

All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
